The Jam Tracks Lab lets you train your ear to hear how chords and scales work together in real music.

Over 700 tracks, so you can experiment with chords and improvising over common Major, minor, and blues chord progressions.

How to Use the Jam Tracks Lab

• Open the Lab and choose a key. (Start with the “Some Major” ones in G, C, or D)

• Notice the recommended soloing scales.

• If you have one, open your Fretboard Toolbox to the page listed.

• Pick a chord progression and tempo.

• Listen for how the scale notes interact with each chord, while you play along-

  don’t worry when things don’t sound great! Every note, good and bad, is training your brain.

• Experiment with tension and resolution.
